OneRPM closed Music Matters Live 2025 with a bang in Singapore!
It has become a tradition at this point to end the Music Matters Live season with a OneRPM Closing Party Showcase. The party is not only free, but it comes with an amazing lineup of musicians. (Just take a look at the lineup last year!)
In partnership with Beamco and Music Matters, the showcase took place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Swee Lee Clarke Quay.
Featuring a curated selection of R&B, hip-hop, and pop artists from across Asia, fans could catch BRB. (SG), SUPERCATKEI (SG), Mila Bea (SG), MINH (VN), Jaie (MY), Oak Soe Khant (MM), Costa Cashman (PH), Fern (PH).
Adding to the excitement, music lovers could hop between the ONEnightonly showcase and the main Music Matters Live stage happening simultaneously.
Here are some highlights from the evening:
Mila Bea (SG)
Seventeen-year-old singer-songwriter Mila Bea captivated the intimate crowd with a stripped-down acoustic set.
Mila displayed her folk-influenced indie roots with ‘Josephine’ from her debut album, Part of Me. She sang an unreleased track, ‘Bigger Man’, which showcased her signature style of weaving emotions and personal stories into her songs.
Between songs, she shared her obsession with guitar tunings while preparing to perform a cover of Leon Bridges’s ‘River’—revealing she’s already mastered 25 different tunings!
SUPERCATKEI(SG)
Well-known Twitch streamer and content creator Supercatkei has always felt an affinity with music, and she took on the challenge to achieve that dream this year.
Though visibly nervous, she had singer-songwriter Daniel Sid by her side as both her support and guitarist. She performed an unreleased, untitled song that explored the emotional weight of imagining the loss of someone dear.
She then shared the powerful backstory behind her debut single ‘Safe,’ written during a panic attack in 2021. After refining the lyrics over time, the song now serves as a source of peace, love, and comfort for listeners navigating their own struggles.
MINH (VN)
Vietnamese singer-songwriter MINH turned up the party with upbeat pop covers and original tracks.
“You would not believe what just happened, Singapore”
He delivered songs from his discography with passion, including the soulful, somber ‘Fake Happy’ and his latest IDGAF-attitude pop tracks ‘Gossip’ and ‘Out With Grace.’ MINH excels in blending soul with R&B and often experiments to bring in a unique and modern sound.
He also sang a soul-pop unreleased track, ‘I Don’t Know’. His commanding stage presence had the crowd grooving along, and if you need songs about heartbreak, life and moving on, I heard his next EP is coming out soon in November!
JAIE (MY)
JAIE is a Malaysian singer, songwriter, and producer whose music synergizes R&B with electronic pop.
She’s been crafting a sound that feels both confessional and deliberate, performing originals like ‘Daylight’ and ‘Vitamin’ that showcase her refined artistry.
BRB. (SG)
brb. commanded attention with their polished aesthetic and undeniable stage presence. You could feel the trio’s love for R&B, Hip-Hop and Soul through the discography since their debut in 2018.
They performed their latest hit songs from their latest Blueprint album, like ‘where did you go?’ and ‘taste test’. At that point of time, they were still teasing about the release of the album.
The crowd also grooved along to throwback hits, like when they performed ‘move’ from their 2021 fleur EP. They also squeezed in a few more songs including the iconic ‘talking to myself’ (including both the ‘wrong’ and ‘right’ versions after Zie accidentally played the wrong track).
brb. continues to be a gem as they create music that amalgamates the nostalgia of the 80s and 90s with the sounds of today.

The intimate setup at Swee Lee Clarke Quay created the perfect atmosphere for connection, allowing fans and artists alike to share in the music and energy. The party continued late into the night with even more incredible acts, as fans moved between the ONEnightonly showcase and the Music Matters Live main stage, making the most of this spectacular closing celebration.
